We recently had the pleasure of staying at Umthunzi Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the warm welcome at reception to the exceptional service from the chef, waiters, and entire staff, everything was truly top-notch.
On our first night, there was a minor miscommunication regarding our catering arrangements as we were quite a big crowd, but the management quickly rectified the situation, and we were treated to a delicious buffet.
What impressed me most was the management's willingness to accommodate our special requests, even when they were outside the hotel's standard policies. Thank you for going above and beyond!
The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. While the showers could benefit from a bit of maintenance, they still functioned well.
A special shoutout to Sindi, our amazing server, who ensured our drinks were always flowing! She's truly the best!
Overall, I highly recommend Umthunzi Hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional staff. Can't wait to return with my babies.
