What a beautiful experience!
From the moment I was doing the bookings (phone support) to the arrival (in-person support) itself, the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. Their customer care is top notch.
Sinovuyo, Nonjabulo, Mkhize, Phumelele you are stars. Calvin... went an extra mile when ensuring we get our rooms without moving around. He even helped with our luggages.
Molly, Sindi, Kayla and Bright, thank you so much for ensuring those chafing dishes are refilled when need to.
Each staff member we interacted with, was amazingly friendly and helpful.
For the price we paid, to receive such high customer service left me, left us speechless.

Great value for money. The staff is absolutely amazing, shoutout to Sinovuyo I wanted to thank her in person but she was off duty when we checked out. The rooms are so clean. Everything works as it should. It’s so easy to find the hotel. Everything is in close proximity. I had zero complaints. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

If you are into old wooden furniture and decor, this is a place for you.
For me the experience was unpleasant. I fixed the curtain because I couldn't close it and had a leaking toilet that meant all night dripping. Signage at the hotel is poor & by the time i got there (after 5pm) nobody was really keen on giving me clear dirrctions to my room. Fortunately, another employee i met outside kindly assisted with directing me to my room. Perhaps, just a "bad day" for the room I slept in.

The bed and linen was so comfortable I slept like a dream. Tea and coffee in the room was also great and the TV channels were a good variety. I had a lovely breakfast. Will definitely come again.
