It’s All About The Bass!

Well, at least it will be for the anglers amongst us between March 23rd & 25th as this year’s Paddock Fishing competition kicks off!

On average, over 400 anglers compete each year across the Origi & Paddock dams catching a whopping 500 kg of fish each year! Luckily though there is more than just rods and reels to keep everyone entertained. The competition has become a favourite for families with a number of great kid-related activities on offer throughout, and some great food on offer too!

Easter Weekend… On The Beach

Easter weekend on the KZN South Coast, at Margate has become synonymous in recent years with the region’s biggest beach festival, and this year is no different!

Now in its 15th year, the Easter weekend festival attracts locals and tourists each year with everything from beauty pageants and Easter egg hunts, to food stalls and beer halls that keep both young and old entertained.

If you’re looking for something to keep you entertained during Easter, you’ll have more than enough to do between March 30th and April 2nd on Margate’s beachfront.

It’s not too long now until Margate, on the KZN South Coast plays host toAfrica’s premier motorcycle enthusiast and music festival between April 27th and 30th.

The inaugural 2017 edition was wildly popular, growing on the traditions of previous biking festivals that called Margate home. A staggering 60,000 people visited last year, with even more spectators expected in this year’s edition!
